Inspections

TC Management is available 24/7 for inspection and information on any pest management problem, method, product, or solution. While we are happy to answer any questions via phone or email, our expertise is most potent when we are onsite doing a thorough inspection of the project location in order to provide you with the most comprehensive management plan. After an inspection is coordinated and scheduled, we will arrive onsite to conduct a thorough building or area inspection by one of our licensed team members to determine the type and extent of your pest issues. The technician will then discuss options in relation to the pest problem in order to determine the most efficient management plan within the client's budget. Upon completion of the inspection the expert will write up the management plan including costs for your review and decision.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Successful completion of pest management and abatement programs begin and end with a thorough and safe cleaning. All surfaces should be clean, dry and free of debris before we install any type of pest control and all surfaces should be repaired and maintained post-successful pest abatement devices and practices are in place, in order to discourage future pest problems. TC Management offers complete cleaning, disinfection, deodorizing and safety solutions.

Falconry Abatement

Falconry is the art of training and using a raptor to hunt quarry for sport. Abatement is the act of using a raptor to pursue, scare, herd, flush, haze, deter and in some cases, to take depredating birds or other wildlife to mitigate damage. Depredation is damage or loss caused by birds. Depredation includes agricultural damage, private property damage, threats to human health and safety, and threats to recovery of protected wildlife. No other company has seamlessly integrated all available resources of the bird abatement industry into one company. Our teams of raptors (hawks, falcons, & owls) along with a licensed falconer utilize the millennia-old sport of falconry with the million year old evolutionary instinct of a prey bird species witnessing an actively hunting raptor and vacating that area for its own safety. Our services are environmentally-friendly, licensed with all local, state, and federal laws, and all tasks are performed with care and precision by our expert staff.

Air Rifles

Shooting, also called aggressive harvesting, is one the most common bird removal techniques. Especially in regions with a culture of hunting and outdoor sporting, this may seem like a logical course of action. Air rifles and shooters employed by TC Management are our most effective pest bird removal service. While falconry does yield similar results, the precision and repeated ability to remove the pest species makes this the most cost effective removal option. TC Management practices industry leading safety standards and techniques, utilizing professional air rifles handled by expert marksmen. Our two man team consisting of one shooter, and one PSO or Public Safety Officer, work in constant communication to ensure the utmost safety to the property, personnel, and general public. With the work of the two man team we can maintain an incident free environment at all times, while delivering the most cost effective results possible.

Trapping

Bird traps are an ideal solution for population reduction, and our selection of traps are geared to attract a wide variety of birds as well as unique species-specific designs such as sparrow traps, pigeon traps and starling traps. TC Management has tried and tested the largest selections of bird traps available on the market, and know what works and what doesn’t. All of our traps are made of durable materials made to withstand a range of environmental conditions while providing a humane solution to nearly any pest bird problem. We utilize traps that can capture a single bird as well as those designed to trap multiple birds. Many of our traps are chosen to allow mounting in a variety of locations including the ground, on walls, on the sides of buildings and even in trees. Some designs are collapsible, allowing them to be easily transported from one location to another, and some can be operated by remote control from as far away as 1000 feet away. All of our traps feature the most innovative features and humane designs. Our unique laser traps feature infrared microprocessor-based electronic sensors to detect birds and activate the trapdoor automatically, and our sparrow traps includes a design cleverly mimicking a traditional birdhouse. In addition, all of the traps offer feeders, water bottles and shade to ensure birds that enter the trap remain comfortable until removal. Most bird traps must be baited with food desirable to the type of bird you want to catch. TC Management uses industry leading proprietary techniques to bait attract and catch our targeted pest bird species, specific to each project. Positioning of the traps is very important and has shown that our success in catching birds increases over time.
